Thursday Yoga Classes at CLC: On November 19th try a class for free!
4:00-5:00PM: “Get Fit Where You Sit” – a gentle form of yoga that adapts yoga poses through the use of a chair. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform poses with more support and stability. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
5:30-6:30: “Yoga Flow” – This class will teach you the basic yoga poses and include some vinyasa flows combined with stationary poses and breath work. This class is suitable for all levels.
